Hi! Olivia here. It’s so nice to meet you.

I know that deciding whether to sign with a management agency (and choosing which one!) can be incredibly stressful, so allow me to tell you a little about myself.

I got my bachelor’s degree from Ohio University in 2021, and went on to get certification in Digital Marketing Strategies: Data, Automation, AI, and Analytics from Northwestern University in 2022. Following this, I started my first influencer marketing job with a #1 social media agency based out of Portland, Oregon. There, I managed collabs for top brand clients and worked with influencers with followings of up to 1M + beyond.

It has been a dream of mine since I was a kid to have my own business, and after discovering my passion for influencer marketing, I decided to start Iced Coffee Collective—an influencer talent management agency—in 2023. So far, we’ve worked with brands such as American Eagle, Iris & Romeo, and more, and sent some of our influencers to New York Fashion Week, Fashion Week San Diego, and beyond.
